Job summary

Stoughton is seeking an HR Business Partner/Manager to partner with plant leadership in Waco, TX. You will drive workforce planning, coaching, and talent development while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

You will lead recruiting efforts, build pipelines, and oversee employee relations, performance management, and organizational design initiatives to improve retention and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute workforce planning strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers regarding employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and policy interpretation.
• Support organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to recommend solutions that improve retention, productivity, and employee experience.
• Lead investigations and resolution of employee relations concerns while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs.
• Drive employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Promote company culture, values, and inclusion initiatives.
