Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support HR operations across 17 West Virginia facilities. The role requires regular travel to sites and coordination with multiple teams to deliver people programs.

You will partner with facility leaders to implement HR strategies, advise on labor, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and onboarding, and ensure data integrity in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or organizational development preferred.
• Five years of HR experience in a multi-site environment.
• Ability to complete commute as needed to facilities located within assigned region (approximately 30%).
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, policies, practices and laws.
• Prior HRIS experience; Workday a plus.
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Software (Apploi a plus).
• Prior experience with Kronos systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide ongoing Human Resource Operations: effectively work with stakeholders to prioritize work and establish strong partnerships with one common goal—providing an amazing employee experience.
• Diagnose assigned facilities’ organizational problems and deliver solutions that improve situation and facility culture.
• Partner with assigned business groups to understand key business challenges and organization needs; communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and get results.
• Develop strong relationships with all business functions and determine best methods to complete human resource tasks.
• Provide coaching to senior staff members to increase their leadership effectiveness.
• Work with assigned business groups to facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes; including candidate screening and Workday onboarding.
• Liaise with Division Human Resource Director, other HR, or corporate partners to provide insight, ensure processes and policies are followed.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, processing, and auditing for assigned facilities.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting requests and other duties as required.
• Travel as necessary to assigned locations throughout the division to support on-site human resource needs.
