Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience supporting people leaders and associates.
• Experience coaching managers to enhance engagement, DE&I, and compliant employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front line managers and act as advocate for associates.
• Ensure compliance with local law and HR/company policies.
• Champion Veralto/Videojet culture and foster positive associate relations.
• Collaborate with HR to deliver HR services, programs and policies.
