Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking an HR Business Partner, Operations to coach front line managers and advocate for associates. You will partner with a dynamic HR team to translate business needs into effective people strategies.

This onsite role is based in Wood Dale, IL with collaboration across Elk Grove Village, IL, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and compliance while driving engagement and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience supporting people leaders and associates in diverse industries.
• Coaching on employee relations, performance issues, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in compliance with policy and law.
• Ability to support change management and collaborate with HR teams to deliver services and programs.
• Experience fostering engagement, DE&I, and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent processes within your client group, advocate for talent moves and future leaders.
• Provide counsel to people leaders and teams based on client group priorities.
• Ensure compliance with local law, HR policies, and Veralto/Videojet culture.
• Support execution of change management plans and drive process improvements.
• Act as an advocate for associates, resolving issues and enhancing the associate experience.
