Job summary

Videojet Technologies seeks an EHS Business Partner to lead environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing setting. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement to protect our associates and boost plant performance.

You will collaborate with site leadership and the Global Director of EHS to set strategies, track KPIs, and build sustainable improvements across the site. Strong connectivity with Veralto network is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Sustainability, or another engineering‑or science‑focused field.
• At least three years of EHS management experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience managing compliance issues, permitting, manufacturing operations, OSHA/EPA programs, regulatory reviews, permit preparation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Experience with flammable liquids and Class I, Division I safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 10–15% for benchmarking and Kaizen activities at other Videojet facilities.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Regulatory Compliance — Ensure compliance with Videojet policies and applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Oversee programs, recordkeeping, reporting, inspections, audits, permitting, monitoring, testing, training, and medical surveillance.
• EHS Strategy & Performance — Partner with leadership to establish annual EHS goals and KPIs, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions that drive sustained improvement.
• Environmental Management — Manage and maintain ISO 14001 EMS and oversee hazardous waste documentation, inspections, handling, storage, and disposal.
• Regulatory Reporting — Coordinate environmental reporting and provide guidance on site‑level submissions, including Tier II, Form R, and BLS reports.
• Customer & Contractor Requirements — Support collection and maintenance of customer EHS requirements, training records, certifications, and third‑party vendor assurance documentation.
