Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA (with Everett, WA) seeks a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support HR operations, employee lifecycle, and policy compliance. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR program administration and data management.

The ideal candidate has a BS in HR or related field and 4+ years of corporate HR experience, including business partner responsibilities, and comfort navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years in progressive HR roles in corporate environment with 2+ years as a business partner.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across HR processes and employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting HR systems (HRIS), employee data management, and HR documentation practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in automation, AI tools, and scalable process solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach leaders on HR policies, employee concerns, performance conversations, and team effectiveness.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational effectiveness efforts.
• Assist leaders in navigating employee relations matters with Senior Employee Relations Specialist as appropriate.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments as a trusted HR resource.
