Job summary

TerraPower seeks a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing team, reporting to the Sr. HR Manager. This role blends HR business partnership with HR operations, process improvement, and program administration to ensure compliant, efficient HR programs across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on automation and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in progressive HR roles in a corporate environment with at least 2+ years of business partner responsibilities.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across HR processes and employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting HR systems (HRIS), employee data management, and HR documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach leaders on HR policies, performance conversations, and team effectiveness.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Assist in employee relations matters in partnership with Senior Employee Relations Specialist.
