HR Manager and focuses on delivering efficient HR programs and compliant processes while balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has a strong customer-service mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to drive automation and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business, Communications, HRM or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting, including 2+ years as a HR business partner.
• Experience supporting managers, employees, HR processes, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach leaders on policies, performance conversations, and team effectiveness.
• Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.
• Navigate employee relations matters with Senior Employee Relations support.
• Build collaboration across departments and act as a trusted HR resource.
