Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to drive business and people outcomes.
• Lead employee and labor relations activities, including investigations and performance management.
• Educate leaders on FMLA, ADA accommodations, attendance management, and leaves.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Drive workforce engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support decision making.
