Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide trusted HR guidance for a 350+ workforce at the Orlando Service Center. You will lead employee relations, performance management, recruiting strategy, and compensation decisions, while partnering with leaders on workforce planning and organizational change.

The role requires strong HR business sense, confidentiality, and collaboration across the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Five to seven years of HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and people plans.
• Coach on performance management, talent reviews, and development.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
• Interpret policies and apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Support hiring, promotions, compensation decisions, and organizational changes.
• Analyze workforce metrics and convert insights into actions.
• Collaborate across HR programs and centers of excellence.
• Support change planning, leader coaching, and communications.
• Monitor engagement and turnover trends, adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
