Job summary
Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to advise leaders, lead complex employee relations matters, and translate HR strategy into practical solutions at the Orlando Service Center.
The role requires handling performance management, workforce planning, and talent management for a 350+ employee turbine component manufacturing and repair operation. The HRBP will partner with Talent Acquisition, support compensation decisions, and drive adherence to HR programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5–7 years HR experience in manufacturing/distribution/operational settings preferred.
- Experience handling complex employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong confidentiality and judgement in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on HR strategy, performance management, and talent decisions.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations independently.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies and offers.
- Analyze workforce metrics and translate findings into clear actions.
- Support organizational changes and communications across business groups.
