Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with manufacturing operations at the Orlando Service Center. Based onsite five days a week, with potential for one remote day after 90 days based on performance.

The role partners with leaders to guide performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy, while handling complex employee relations with confidentiality and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years HR experience supporting manufacturing/operational environments.
• Experience independently managing complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience advising leaders on performance, talent decisions, workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and organizational change.
• Strong confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent consulting, influencing, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, translating HR strategy into actionable people plans.
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent reviews, and development.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations independently.
• Advise on hiring, promotions, compensation decisions, organizational changes, and exits.
• Identify workforce trends and risks; provide recommendations to support business objectives.
• Partner on workforce planning, staffing needs, and stability initiatives.
• Lead execution of core HR programs including performance management and engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting strategies and offers.
• Analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actions.
