Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of progressive human resources experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and support a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership to implement people strategy for business success.
• Deliver day-to-day HR activities and HR consultation for Southern California locations and US remote employees.
• Own employee lifecycle, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and other quality management program requirements.
• Handle local HR operations and coaching across roles.
