Job summary

GAF is offering an HR Intern position to gain hands-on experience across Corporate & Sales HR activities. You will support HRBP lifecycle responsibilities and contribute to project and resource development in partnership with the residential business.

Responsibilities include auditing role profiles, data analysis, and supporting performance reviews, with exposure to ICP development and presentations for residential projects. Base hourly rate discussed with growth opportunities.

• Pursuing a degree in HR or Business
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and gaining practical experience in HR business partner functions.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment

• Technically oriented and proficient in the use of Google products (Sheets, Slides, and Docs)

• Provide recommendations and create documentation for process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Partner with HRBPs to analyze HR dashboards and data to drive key talent initiatives
• Operate as liaison for data analysis and transactions between HRBPs and HR COEs
• Work with identified populations to support ICP development and Talent Profile completion
• Provide support with the Mid Year Review process, performance management and tracking
• Assist in the development and delivery of presentations and tools related to long term Residential Projects
• RES Synergy meetings

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $20.00
