Job description

Ready to elevate your HR career? Join a leading material handling company with a rich history spanning 60+ years and over 40 locations nationwide. We’re seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their Fort Worth, TX regional team and support their dedicated blue-collar workforce.

As a strategic partner to management and leadership, you’ll:

  • Lead talent development, succession planning, and workforce change management.
  • Address employee relations, including investigations and grievance handling.
  • Drive workforce planning, headcount management, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee learning and development (L&D) for leadership and management teams.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including documentation, LOA (FMLA), and HRIS/ATS (Paycom preferred).
  • Provide expertise in M&A due diligence and talent acquisition for critical roles like mechanics and sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of HRBP experience with additional career growth (5-7 years in total HR roles).
  • Proven experience balancing strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Experience in industries such as material handling, construction, rental, or heavy equipment is a strong plus.
  • Tech-savvy and process-driven with experience in SOP development.
  • Spanish language skills and Paycom experience are a plus.
  • Degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region.
