Deseret Digital Media, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our people and HR team. You will provide practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, retention, and day-to-day HR needs across our multiplatform operation in Salt Lake City.

The role is majority onsite, with schedule determined by business needs. 1–2 years of HRBP experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in a dynamic media environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Hands-on employee relations experience with judgment in gathering information and making recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to guide with clarity.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders across KSL’s business units.
• Recommend people practices that support business needs and employee experience.
• Support performance reviews, onboarding, engagement, retention, and organizational changes.
• Review workforce metrics and trends to inform actions.
• Partner with recruiting, benefits, payroll, and HR colleagues for coordinated support.
• Ensure harassment, discrimination, and retaliation issues are handled fairly and promptly.
• Support EEO policies and FCC EEO compliance in partnership with HR leadership.
