Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to support Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, risk mitigation, unemployment insurance, policy interpretation and compliance, workforce insights, and leadership partnerships.

The role requires a BA in HR or related field with 3 years of HR Generalist experience, or a HS diploma with 5 years HR Generalist experience; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is required; Spanish bilingualism and a valid driver’s license are preferred/required; see the
