Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to support designated businesses and team members. The role serves as the liaison to the Talent Center of Excellence and requires strong communication, teamwork, discretion, and leadership by example.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, two years HR experience, and PHR preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Menasha, WI with 5-10% travel and a schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• PHR certification preferred.
• Travel: 5-10%.
• Hybrid position located out of our corporate office in Menasha, WI.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business leaders to understand talent needs and objectives.
• Support org design and team structure to meet strategic needs.
• Identify ways to improve employee experience, retention and engagement.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and terminations as needed.
• Participate in performance evaluations and merit reviews.
• Provide coaching to leaders on development and performance issues.
