Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Finance. You will support employee relations, performance management, coaching, and day-to-day HR operations.

You will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources and provide guidance on policies, people processes, and compliance, helping managers drive talent and business results across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned organizations.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and processes.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and handle disciplinary actions.
• Coach managers on performance management and PIPs.
• Support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR reports and assist audits and compliance reviews.
