Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the HR strategy for the business unit, working closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
  2. Drive organizational change, guiding leadership through transformations and ensuring successful change management initiatives.
  3. Implement HR solutions addressing talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  4. Support leadership teams with strategic advice, coaching, and development programs to enhance management capabilities.
  5. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management and career development, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  6. Foster initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and retention aligned with organizational values.
  7. Provide HR support and consultation to employees at all levels, managing complex employee relations.
  8. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and adaptation of HR processes to local needs.
  9. Contribute insights and expertise in human capital decision-making, bringing in external best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements
  1. 8-10+ years of experience in HRBP roles, with a strong partnership background with leadership and change management skills.
  2. Experience working with global and multicultural teams, preferably in high-tech industries.
  3. Proven ability to lead organizational change and complex HR initiatives.
  4. Solid understanding of HR disciplines including talent management and performance management.
  5. Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Educational Requirements
  1. BA in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  2. MBA or advanced qualifications preferred but not required.
