WellSky seeks an HR Business Partner to proactively develop and implement human capital strategies for the Engineering Operations team. Based at WellSky World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, the role partners with leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities include advising managers, analyzing workforce trends, and co-leading cross-functional HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience partnering with or supporting an engineering team.
• Experience at a technology company or within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, capabilities, and emerging technology trends.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support for aligned businesses by building relationships and advising managers and executives.
• Analyze internal workforce trends, develop plans, and improve programs addressing talent issues.
• Guide managers and executives on talent management programs to meet business needs and future plans.
• Support communication of cycles such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compliance training.
• Identify learning gaps and collaborate on training or onboarding programs.
• Co-lead projects with senior HR business partners across People & Talent centers of excellence.
