Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Sr Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of large-scale .NET solutions from concept through deployment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, and design teams to meet business goals and ensure high availability and reliability.

You will champion engineering best practices, CI/CD, and modern cloud-based architectures, while using Claude Code and other AI tooling to enhance decision-making and workflows in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 12–15 years related work experience.
• Proficient with C#, SQL Server, Vue, VB.NET.
• Proficient with Cloud technologies (preferably GCP).
• Hands on experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling.

The scope of this job includes building and optimizing comprehensive solutions that prioritize end-user efficiency and experience.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, complex software systems that increase high availability, scalability, and reliability.* Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of development, from concept to deployment and post-launch monitoring.* Collaborate with solution managers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and design technical solutions that align with business goals.
