Job summary

GuideStone Financial Resources is seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to assist in the execution of growth marketing programs and campaigns across GuideStone's lines of business, including investments, insurance and retirement.

The role supports day-to-day project management and the delivery of advertising, content, email and web marketing initiatives, while building foundational knowledge of audiences and testing strategy.

Qualifications

• Incoming Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in marketing or related field.
• Student for the duration of the intern program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, branding and advertising with growth mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll support the execution of growth marketing programs and campaigns that build brand awareness, engage target audiences, generate leads, and support customer acquisition efforts across GuideStone's lines of business, including investments, insurance, and retirement. Contributes to enterprise growth objectives through reliable execution, continuous learning, and support of marketing initiatives across channels. This role develops foundational knowledge of growth marketing audiences, campaign execution, and testing strategy while completing tactical marketing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Execution and Delivery: Assist with a variety of strategy, business development, research, and marketing projects across GuideStone's lines of business, including investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Assist in day-to-day project management and delivery of advertising, content, email, and web marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate routine campaign logistics, including scheduling and tracking deliverables.
• Research and Analysis: Create presentations and reports on marketing research topics in Guidestone's industry.
• Conduct foundational analysis of campaign metrics under guidance, gathering data to support reporting and recommendations.
• Build proficiency in GuideStone products, brand, and audiences to support growth marketing objectives.
• Collaboration and Support: Provide clear status updates, ask clarifying questions, and follow through on assigned deliverables.
• Maintain organized project documentation and asset libraries to support team efficiency.
• Demonstrate GuideStone values through reliable execution, humility, service orientation, and continuous learning.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Must be an incoming Junior or Senior.
• Must be a student for the duration of the intern program.
• Degree concentration in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, branding, and advertising with a desire to grow in growth marketing.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and campaign execution.
• Ability to follow clearly defined guidelines and receive regular feedback.
• Self-starter with initiative and integrity.
• Highly organized and a quick learner.
• Strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about GuideStone products, brand and ministry audiences.
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Office and appropriate GuideStone system applications.
• Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
