CFS in Beloit, WI is seeking a HR - Bilingual Training Specialist to lead new hire onboarding for manufacturing staff, develop and deliver training on equipment operation, safety, and standard work procedures.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Safety, create SWIs and training docs, manage content in SharePoint, and train in English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce, with opportunities for internal advancement.

• Manufacturing experience required.
