Job summary

CFS in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Training Specialist to lead onboarding and employee development within a brand-new 400,000-square-foot facility. You will partner with Engineering and Safety leadership to deliver hands-on training on equipment operation and procedures.

The role emphasizes developing training content, SWIs, and materials, with a focus on continuous improvement of training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to train employees on equipment operation and workplace procedures.
• Develop and maintain training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training materials.
