Job summary

You will research, design, and implement employee benefits, provide analytical support, and respond to benefits inquiries from county employees.

You will administer health, dental, vision, VRS, deferred compensation and life insurance; coordinate open enrollment, maintain benefit records, oversee COBRA and FMLA, assist with retirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Possession of a valid Virginia driver's license.
