Job summary

Jireh Semiconductor in Hillsboro, OR, seeks an HR Representative to support the Director of Human Resources with leave administration, workers' compensation, and benefits. This fully onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:30 pm, with infrequent morning/evening and weekend coverage to support a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include advising on leave policies, maintaining leave and accommodations tracking, coordinating return-to-work, and handling pay and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in HR with leave administration exposure.
• 2 years of Paid Leave Oregon administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on leave policies, processes and laws; primary contact for leave types and disability benefits.
• Maintain tracking of leave status, workers' compensation and accommodations.
• Communicate with employees on leave to facilitate return-to-work; relay communications between employees and managers.
• Navigate difficult conversations and provide resources for in-crisis employee situations.
• Administer return-to-work process and coordinate ADA accommodations as needed.
• Advise on time-off entries for all leave types; monitor entries during leaves for accurate payroll.
• Prepare reports on leave usage (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Distribute benefits and leave communications; assist with benefits enrollments.
