Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years in HR with leave administration exposure.
• 2 years of Paid Leave Oregon administration experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on leave policies and laws; serve as primary contact for leave types and benefits.
• Maintain tracking of leave status, workers' compensation, and accommodations.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes and ADA accommodations.
