Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst in a hybrid role (four days in the office) in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will manage U.S. leave and disability programs, partner with a third-party administrator, and support benefits administration across HR and Payroll teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in benefits or leave administration, a solid FMLA background, and strong Excel/HRIS skills. The role offers a base salary range with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in benefits, leave administration, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, disability benefits, and US leave programs.
• Experience with a third-party leave or benefits administrator preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS/payroll/benefits systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of U.S. leave and disability programs with third-party administrator.
• Monitor leave cases from notification through return to work with timely follow-up.
• Support administration of FMLA, short-term and long-term disability, parental and other leave programs.
• Serve as a key contact for employees, managers, HR, Payroll, and vendors regarding leave matters.
• Coordinate leave status, disability pay, benefit deductions, payroll actions, and return-to-work information.
• Reconcile leave data between vendor reports and internal systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor escalations and service issues; support accommodation processes with health team.
• Prepare leave and disability reporting, track case volume and vendor performance.
• Support general U.S. benefits administration including eligibility, enrollment, inquiries.
