SUMMARY: The benefits coordinator isresponsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, dental and vision plans, by overseeing employee enrollment, addressing benefit questions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating benefit details to employees during open enrollment periods. The Benefits Coordinator should prioritize and manage multiple issues while maintaining the outstanding level of service our employees expect from Flooring Services, LLC.
