Qualifications

• Experience with benefits administration, leaves, and training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs across carriers and vendor systems.
• Coordinate and track leave programs (FMLA, NY PFL, disability) and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate compliance training and keep training records up to date.
• Assist with new employee orientation focused on benefits, leaves, and compliance training.
• Coordinate with Payroll and HR systems to ensure accurate data and reporting.
