Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits and compensation administration.
• In-depth understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and FMLA.

• Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments and provides correct eligibility information to vendors.
• Assists with new-hire orientations.
