Job summary

Hilcorp Energy Company is seeking a student intern to support Benefits and Occupational Health activities in a fast-paced office. You’ll help with Open Enrollment prep, update intranet content, and prepare monthly newsletters and town hall slides.

You’ll also code invoices for vendors and assist with additional tasks as required, building professional skills in administration and confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Office environment experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must have professional manner.
• Dependable & able to follow directions.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask while staying accurate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ad hoc projects, such as Open Enrollment prep.
• Review and update intranet for benefits and health content.
• Prepare monthly benefits newsletter and town hall slides.
• Prepare and code invoices and wires for vendors.
• Assist with other Benefits and Occupational Health tasks as needed.
