Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize the agency management system to support employee benefits analysis, reporting, and client deliverables.
• Develop foundational understanding of the employee benefits industry including health and welfare plans, compliance requirements, and carrier operations.
• Support benefits analysts, service, and sales teams by shadowing client meetings and internal strategy discussions.
• Assist with data analysis, entry, and validation related to employee benefits plans, renewals, and client reporting.
• Compile and maintain records, reports, and benefit plan documentation to support client service and compliance efforts.
• Research and analyze employee benefits data files for group clients, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
