People Processes is hiring for a remote role serving U.S. employers and their employees. You will answer calls and tickets, gather facts, open tickets, and provide callbacks as needed, while staying responsive and engaging callers.
You will learn client-specific processes and strive to close tickets accurately and on time, collaborating with your pod to improve workflows. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in BPO customer service on U.S.
People Processes runs HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping for U.S. employers. Our mission is to turn workplaces into thriving communities where people feel empowered, leaders feel supported, and businesses grow with confidence.
Associates are the backbone of our operations. You join a pod, a small team assigned to a set group of U.S. clients. Your Team Manager assigns and prioritizes your work. Business Partners own the client relationship. Senior HR specialists train you and support you on complex cases.
Answer calls and tickets from U.S. employers and their employees. Many calls get solved on the spot: login help, system walkthroughs, payroll updates. For bigger issues, gather the facts, open a ticket, and give the caller a callback time.
Stay responsive throughout your shift. Answer every call, message, and ticket promptly.
Keep every caller engaged. We don't use silent holds. While you wait on a teammate, keep the conversation going.
Close tickets and projects on time and get them right. Each client has its own preferences and processes. You learn them and follow them.
Build skills across HR areas: timekeeping, payroll, benefits, new-client implementation, and general HR.
Ask probing questions to find the real problem, then offer a clear solution.
Stay calm on tense calls. Listen, show empathy, and steer the conversation toward a fix.
Keep your Team Manager posted and flag problems early. When you're stuck, define the problem and bring possible solutions plus a recommendation.
Share what you learn with your pod and suggest better ways to work.
Speed: prompt responses and on-time ticket closure
Volume: tickets closed, with quality first
Accuracy: complete, correct work. When errors happen, you and your Team Manager find the root cause and correct the process.
Client feedback on your professionalism, responsiveness, and results
Growth: training milestones and how well you apply new skills
Paid training, with sessions assigned by your Team Manager
Expect to build skills across all core HR areas over 2.5 to 3.5 years
Regular feedback and a development plan from your Team Manager
Anyone at any level is free to pitch a company improvement straight to the executive team. Approved ideas put into action are grounds for promotion, pay raises, or bonuses.
