Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking an Associate Relations Representative for the 3rd shift in Rockingham, NC.

You will act as an HR partner, delivering key programs, coordinating new hire orientation, and building strong relationships with associates and management to support engagement within the facility. The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel to other facilities for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in I-9, ADA, EEOC, DOL, OFCCP regulations and current law.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; problem-solving automated timekeeping systems.
• Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities for meetings.

• Build relationships with associates and management across the facility to support engagement and organizational success.
• Participate in Peer Review and Management Review processes.
• Provide coaching and training to supervisory personnel on policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective, timely new hire orientation utilizing approved formats and materials.
• Identify and implement methods to reduce turnover and improve plant efficiencies.
• Assist in policy application and conflict resolution in the workplace.
