Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) seeks a proactive HR/Operations professional in the United States to own onboarding, contracts, expenses, payroll inputs, and tax filings. The role will drive improvements in HR processes using automation and AI, supporting our 66-core staff and People Operations team.

You will collaborate across teams, ensure compliance, and contribute to a mission-driven work environment that values evidence, collaboration, and intelligent scaling of our operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or operations experience.
• Comfort with HRIS/payroll tools and AI workflows.
• Commitment to effective altruism and clear communication.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary $79,200-$90,000 USD plus 10% 401k.
• Benefits include health insurance, 25 days PTO, and development allowances.
