Job summary

Centre for Effective Altruism is hiring an HR Associate to run the systems and operational side of People Operations. You'll own onboarding, contracts, expenses, payroll inputs, state and city tax filings, and the HR systems that connect them.

You'll have real ownership of how these processes work, and the role includes projects to improve them with automation and AI. This position reports to Keighly Baron, HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience running HR processes and systems operations.
• Knowledge of onboarding, payroll inputs, and contracts.
• Familiarity with tax filings at state and city levels.
• Interest in automation and AI to improve workflows.

• Maintain and improve HR systems that connect people and processes.
• Lead automation/AI projects to streamline operations.
• Partner with HR Manager to ensure accurate, timely people operations.

You'll have real ownership of how these processes work, and the role includes projects to improve them with automation and AI. This position reports to Keighly Baron, HR Manager.
