Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an organized HR Assistant at the Waxahachie Warehouse to manage employee records, HRIS data, and payroll coordination in a high-volume operation. You will serve as a key contact for staff across shifts, ensuring discreet handling of sensitive information and accurate data entry.

This role emphasizes collaboration with HR and payroll teams, data-driven reporting, and adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

1–3 years of HR support experience; warehouse experience a plus.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as Oracle and Dimensions.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and integrity handling confidential information.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and secure accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Coordinate payroll activities with the payroll team.
Screen and triage inquiries from employees; connect them to HR resources.
Ensure compliance with employment laws in day-to-day HR operations.
Support data-driven HR reporting using Oracle and Dimensions.
Work onsite at the Waxahachie distribution center and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
