Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations at the Las Vegas Distribution Center. You will manage employee records, HR system data, and payroll coordination in a high‑volume environment, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

You will collaborate with HR and payroll teams, assist across shifts, and help streamline processes with data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools. On-site role based in Frazeysburg, OH.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role, ideally in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle and Dimensions.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and payroll to coordinate employee data, changes, and workflows.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for distribution center staff across shifts.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR system records with confidentiality.
• Support payroll data entry and coordinate with payroll to avoid delays.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using AI-enabled insights.
