Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, personnel data, and recruitment statistics
• Coordinate new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and other employee onboarding activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Perform other related duties as assigned
