Job summary

Absolut Care of Aurora Park seeks a motivated Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter to support recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced setting. You will post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and manage records.

The role requires 3 years of HR experience, excellent communication and confidentiality, and a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred). The team offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR systems and records management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, personnel data, and recruitment statistics.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and other employee onboarding activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
