Qualifications

• Six months of Human Resources experience with HR processes and procedures is required.
• Computer proficiency in a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is required.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deployment of HR Strategic plan and HR service delivery.
• Processes HR requests via Teams chats, emails, phone calls, and walk-ups.
• Conduct New Hire HR services including orientation and compliance.

Skills

Computer proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Paycom)

Human Resources experience

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field
