Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or human resources experience required.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities, including posting open positions and media platforms.
• Assist with creation and distribution of recruitment materials.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare onboarding Packets and assist with required documentation.
• Data entry into HR systems and maintain employee records confidentially.
• Perform general admin duties and support HR projects with the HR Manager.
• Help prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
