Job summary

Ipsen USA is seeking an HR Assistant for our Souderton facility. The role involves greeting candidates and guests, coordinating recruiting activities, and handling onboarding and documentation to support efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment steps, and maintaining confidential records while assisting with trainings and cross-departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and guests and provide information for the Souderton facility.
• Assist with recruiting by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including physicals, drug screens, and intake tests.
• Onboard new hires and prepare employee documentation.
• Maintain timely office correspondence and recordkeeping for HR.
• Support training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed.
