Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years HR, Business Administration, Personnel Management experience and/or an AAS in Business Administration required.
• Payroll/Benefits knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and applicants, answer questions, and provide quality customer service.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records in Paycom and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions and assist with benefits and payroll tasks.
• Prepare and distribute information to staff and manage internal communications.
• Support HR manager with day-to-day HR operations and reporting.
