Job summary

IntelliPro Group Inc. is looking for an HR Assistant Manager to support HR initiatives within a Distribution Center in McCalla, AL. This role will work closely with management to implement local HR strategies and manage recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a pay rate of $27/hr on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• HR certification with SHRM and/or HRCI preferred.
• Knowledge of state/federal laws and regulations.
