Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Assistant Manager or Coordinator in a larger operation.
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division.
• Support the Director of Human Resources or HR Manager with implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel.
