However, the difference between us and a larger corporation is that here at Unique, we are family. Your CEO and management team are involved in day-to-day operations and make sure that each location sees how much they are appreciated through annual company picnics and holiday luncheons.

  • Provides administrative support for performance-management processes by reviewing status reports and employee or leader lists, tracking review and goal deadlines, and sending reminders to leaders regarding outstanding performance reviews, goals, and other required actions.
  • Serves as backup for daily Time and Attendance administration, including clearing system errors with leadership, accurately applying PTO, running required reports, monitoring timecard audits and approvals, and helping move the pay period to a closed state for payroll processing.
  • Drafts and assists in the administration of Company’s PAF (People Action Form) process related to new hires, changes, and terminations, in order for global HRIS to be updated on a frequent basis.
