Job summary

ATR International, in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an HR Assistant III (Leave of Absence) to support leave of absence processes, case management, and provide guidance to physicians and leaders. You will facilitate return-to-work for injured or ill physicians, handle disability accommodation requests, and collaborate with HR and clinical leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1 year disability accommodation experience and 3 years HR,

We are looking for an HR Assistant III (Leave of Absence) for a client in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate return to work process for physicians with injuries or illness, independently, and with disability job accommodation requests


• Provide case management support


• Serve as a resource to physicians and leaders

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar highly preferred


• 1 year of related experience in disability accommodation and 3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred


• Experience with systems including PeopleSoft and Salesforce preferred


• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
